AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Integration & Long-term Brand Strategy Development
Work as a core member of new brand integration project team to ensure new brand smoothly transit to PCH: existing products & marketing programs delivery with continuity and make necessary remediation in marketing mix. Propose the overall long-term brand growth strategy, organize, manage and control the implementation of the marketing strategy to ensure the market share and sales revenue growth.

Annual Marketing Plan
Formulate annual marketing plan and communication strategy, determine brand positioning, supervise products development, pricing determination and distribution channel as well as above-the-line and below-the-line activities to achieve top-line and bottom-line target, to ensure a long term profitable growth and achieve the long term financial commitment.

Brand Equity and Growth Build Up
Develop brand communication and marketing mix strategy, manage and control the implementation process to ensure a desirable healthy brand image and pursue constant growth in the brand equity. Responsible for PR and promotion for the brand, strengthen the relationship between enterprise and society, clients and consumers, to enhance the brand image.

Portfolio Management
Manage an extensive product portfolio. Continuously review and optimize portfolio. Lead and deliver the new product innovation mix and implementation plan based on consumer/customer insight.

Budget Preparation and Control
Plan and prepare annual brand budget, and allocate to product manager according to product line, monitor and control the budget to ensure cost effective and efficiency.

People Development
Responsible for developing employees’ career development plan, coach and lead them to accomplish the target through effective communication, arrange business related training to develop their competency and professional skill for taking more responsibility.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Education/Experience
Bachelor or above, 6-8 years of relevant experience in FMCG company with 4 years managerial experience. Working experience in Dairy, Beverages and Food categories are preferred.
Special Knowledge
Frequent in oral and written English, brand management knowledge, media communication and consumer research knowledge
Skills
Very good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills as well as management and presentation skills
Ability to strategic think, Strong marketing sense, good ability in analysis and judgment
