职位描述：
工作职责
Reporting to Sales Director, this position will be based in the Shanghai office to develop, maintain and manage the travel agents in China. To handle all sales, service, reservations and operational request and issues from our customers and travel partners.

This position is also required to work closely with the Revenue Management team in Europe and sales team in Asia Pacific to support the bookings and sales initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities
1.With the guidance of company strategy, support the sales directors to execute channel／travel agents business plan for the assigned territory and reach assigned targets of both short term and long term.
2.Follow up and follow through on travel agents’ reservation, payment and any sales targets assigned to the distributors.
3.Work with AP team to ensure coordination all bookings from begin to finish, to ensure the excellent travel experience of customers.
4.Ensure clear expectations communicated between company and travel agents.
5.Support sales director to develop, maintain the relationship with travel agents.
6.Support Sales director to develop, maintain constructive cooperation with travel agents. Work in conjunction with travel agents and partners in product development and promotion to achieve booking target. Provide up-to-date cruise information to travel agents and partners via workshop or training.
7.Maintain, improve and promote the travel agents online training program.
任职资格
QUALIFICATIONS：

1.Education: Bachelor degree (B. S.) or (B. A.) from four-year full time university。
2.Mandarin speaking and proficiency in English (reading, writing, listening & speaking)
3.Knowledge of cruise industry will be a plus.
4.At least 3-5 years of outside sales experience required;
5.Travelling frequently.

Location: Shanghai
Annual Base Salary: 150000-180000 per year plus sales commissions
