1、本科，2年以上工厂工作经验，1年以上物流从业经历。
2、了解生产计划流程，了解库房运作流程。
3、能严格执行仓库作业流程并实施相应的人员调配
4、具备一定的ERP知识。
5、较强的执行力，能完成上级交付的任务。
6、较强的协调能力，责任心强，有团队合作意识。
此职位需要到天津工厂培训3-6个月。
