Job Description:
? Communicate with internal or external customer to clarify the technical requirements of the product and other commercial requirements on the quotation.
? Follow up with the quotation process. Work with internal departments (e.g. COE, Finance, materials, etc.) or other inter-company units, to get the lead time and price information. Response IQI / ProXL within the targeted lead times.
? Track the status of the quoted quotation. Keep close contact and give support to the sales unit or PU to hit the “IQI Hit Rate” target.
? Transfer information to Order Engineer once knows that quotation is going to turn to order. Give technical support and project background to Order Engineer and other internal units to make sure the products and service meet the quoted condition.
? Work with the team and take necessary actions to improve customer satisfactory and meet the business targets.
? Provide internal pricing support to IQI team and/or other related functions.
? Prepare business reports for department management needs.
? Other business relative tasks or projects, at the manager’s request.
Requirements:
? Above University degree. Major in technical (e.g. Mechanical, Instrumentation, Chemical Industry, etc.)
? At least 3 years relative working experience in a foreign investment company. Experiences of EHC (Energy Hydrocarbon) or Pulp Paper industry would be a plus.
? Good command of English (Both written and Oral capability)
? Computer literate in Microsoft Office. Knowledge and experience of ERP system is a plus.
? Customer Service Thought. Result Orientated.
? Open-minded. Team player with good communication skill.
? Systematic, independent and creative thinking.
