1．职位：项目助理

2．工作范围和职责：

Job duties and responsibilities/岗位职责描述

- Participate in project kick-off meetings
- Contract review
- Order entry in Bernie and order handling in ERP system M3 for project orders;
- Follow the project schedule
- Keep contact with manufactures to follow up order status and delivery;
- Invoice and follow-up of invoices
-Arrange shipping and prepare related documents for export handling and payment according to the format and schedule agreed in contract;
-Takes part in recording, preparing, approving, revising & archiving the documents for approval and filing
- Development of tasks
- Assist project team in other tasks as needed

Competence Profile (Experience, knowledge, skills and capabilities essential to this position)/胜任能力要求

- Knowledge and experience in ERP system
- Shipping experience
- Experience in engineering documentation compilation.
- Working experience of the project business in engineering firm preferred.
- Diverse skills with office programs: MS-Office programs (especially Excel) arid some drawing program. It is an advantage to manage database programs and to have experience in scanning and preparing CD disks
- Be persevering and capable to deal easily with different people
- Requires accuracy and systematic approach
-Willing to learn new software and IT as well as to develop product know-how.
