职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the machining process design, create, update work instructions and SOP for machining products
2. Preparing CNC programming for the machining equipment
3. Provide production support for machining workshop, training and validating operators and technicians
4. Solving machining process problems arising in production in time, analyze the root cause to identify critical aspects and priorities for improvement
5. Designing and/ or improving machining fixtures, tooling, devices and chucks for current or new products
6. Coordinate the new product introduction to make sure the new product launch smoothly
7. Implement in process quality control to improve quality and productivity in the line as well as reduce costs and minimize risk

Requirements/Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, Major in Machining Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or similar
2. At least 5 years’ experience in machining engineering
3. Familiar with office software, AutoCAD, Solidwork, Siemens NX CAD/CAM and CNC programming (Fanuc/Siemens etc.)
4. Good knowledge of Lean production, Strong problem-solving capability
5. Skilled in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
6. Good communication and coordination skills and team work spirit
