职位描述：
?Well control import & export process and guarantee standard import & export operation process
?Ensure correct documentation and smooth operation for timely release of cargoes
?Handle bonded handbook and bonded warehouse affairs, including application / maintenance / HeXiao / deletion of bonded handbook with customs
?Arrange the delivery shipments with the forwarder
?Keep record and file all necessary documents related to customs declaration and forwarding
?Maintain good relationships with customs declaration agent and forwarding agent
?Factory to factory DO management and shipping arrangement.
?Packing daily management: provide correct documentation, manage packing area’s daily operations, assure finish goods storage safety and packing qualities and cost effectiveness. Lead the blue collars and outsourced packing service providers to follow HSE and 5S requirements and other company policies and instructions.
?Prepare business reports for department management needs.
?Take necessary actions to hit business targets and KPIs.
?Other sales support relative work according to supervisor’s assignments.

Requirements:
?College degree with minimum 2 years related working experience in a foreign investment company
?To be familiar with Free Trade Zone Customs Policy
?Good command of computerizing and English communication skills, including oral English and written English
?Systematic, independent and creative thinking
