职位描述：
(1)负责接待来访人员，处理客户的日常事务，收发信件等，打印传真服务；
（2）负责所辖公共区域的卫生清洁、物品摆放，及时用后归位；
（3）与合作伙伴厂商保持沟通,合同起草，审查，存档管理；
（4）完成公司领导交办的其它各项工作任务。
（5）资料整理、联系快递、采购办公用品等日常办公商务工作；
（6) 组织公司各种活动和会议
(7)按月统计员工考勤并监督执行结果
（8）熟悉招聘模块，负责员工招聘和简历的筛选
（9）配合主管完成办公室日常管理，包括备用金，考勤，费用统计，报销等。
任职要求：
（1）本科以上学历，专业不限；
（2）形象气质良好，思维敏捷，具有良好的人际沟通能力和处理突发事情的应变能力。
（3）工作认真细致，为人忠诚；
（4）文明礼貌，说话和气，亲和力强；
（5）做事细心认真，工作踏实，较强的观察力和应变能力
（6）具有良好的心态和自信心和团队精神，承受压力和百折不挠的精神
(7) 熟悉办公室行政管理知识及工作流程，熟悉公文写作格式，熟练运用Office，Photoshop等办公软件
