职位描述：
1、根据公司战略制订研发中心3－5年发展规划和下一年工作计划；
2、负责研发中心管理制度、设计规范和流程的制订和实施；
3、主持项目立项，组织和协调资源，保证项目获得资源并实现目标；
4、根据产品开发需求规划技术平台，制订技术预研计划；
5、负责研发团队建设和管理，实施绩效考核与辅导。
6，根据公司业务发展需要适时调整产品研发方向。

具体要求为：
1.计算机或相关专业硕士以上学历；
2.熟悉软件开发理念，开发流程控制，三年以上该职位的工作经验；
3，熟悉云计算技术及主流厂商产品技术积累。
4.对研发部门的组建、发展、规划和日常运作有深刻理解，拥有良好的管理技能、管理经验和职业素素养；
5.有很强的领导力、决策力、执行力、影响力、口头和书面沟通能力、人际交往能力、计划能力和推动能力；
6.具备极强的团队合作精神，对工作有热情，能够在一定压力下工作。
