职位描述
Responsibilities:
– To formulate effective strategies and business plans and make recommendations to the Board on implementation of programs for the realization of a JV of US in new energy industry vision and mission.
– To develop a management structure and implement management practices of high standards of corporate governance and public accountability.
– To effectively execute the business plan and deliver the goals
– To effectively create synergy and collaborate with key partners, including but not limited to its shareholders and the relevant Representatives and Affiliates. To effectively manage and execute strategy and business plan.
– To manage and deliver a JV of US in new energy industry financial performance (P&L).
– To perform such other tasks as designated by the Board.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree. Master or PhD Degree is preferred
- At least 10 years work experience in energy related industry, preferably in power plant project/ product development, commercialization.
- Strong business and technical background in deployment and proliferation of energy products, development, execution, operation and sales of power projects.
- Extensive experience in the China Energy sector: renewable energy preferred but hydro, natural gas and power plant experiences also acceptable.
- Deep understanding of China Energy market, how to build a power company brand, and what the critical elements in power plant project bankability are and know how to deliver them.
- Strong connection with China Energy key players along the value chain. Familiar with China Energy policies and regulations.
- Considerable experience and connection withinvestors in China and global such as Asia Region.
- Experience in achieving IPO for a company in China, Hong Kong or globally.
- High moral standards, professional ethics, personal integrity, commitment and a strong sense of mission to contribute to the clean energy in China.
- Customer first-mentality, proactive and result-oriented personality, and must be able to formulate/implement plans independently.
- Can-do attitude, strong drive, effective management skills.
- Inspiring leadership qualities: passionate, courageous, and committed.
- Immersed with Chinese culture and values. Can speak/read/write fluently in Chinese.
- Well oriented to Western culture. Can speak/read/write fluently in English.
- Candidate must be legally entitled to work and reside in China.
- Intensive training in technical field and business.
- Western education and work experience.
- Well-connected and respected in industry especially in China industry.
