Job purpose:
1) Mainly responsible for all of JV’s Ground Mounted PV solutions including the Oasis C1 and the Oasis C7 Power Plant Systems offered to our customers worldwide.
2) The responsibilities include creating overall product strategy and roadmap, managing the development and launch of new products, managing and driving the profitability of existing products, identifying new market opportunities and associated business plans to support those opportunities.

Main job responsibilities:
1) Develops Global Product Strategy (with Regions)
2) Develops and maintain Global Product Roadmaps.
3) Manages the engineering/R&D team and drive the technical development of new products.
4) Manages the product management team.
5) Product Portfolio Management
6) Market Opportunity Assessment, MRD / PRD Development.
7) Product Marketing to Drive Sales: articulate the value proposition, produce technical collateral, train sales people, directly support sales; be the evangelist for your products.
8) Manages product profitability / P&L. Conducts product Forecasting (quarterly).
9) Conducts pricing (shared)
10) Leads make-buy decisions for new product development, including partner selection
11) Drives cost reduction program on existing product lines.
12) Launches and promotes new products (with Marketing)
13) Conducts competitive analyses and benchmarking

Job Requirements:
1) BS or greater in a technical or engineering design discipline and an MBA or equivalent skill and abilities is preferred
2) 3 years professional experience as a Senior Product Line Manager managing a global product line and a product P&L. Experience working as an engineering manager, product development manager, industrial engineering manager or equivalent is highly preferred.
