Main job responsibilities:
1) Responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of Company operations. Provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the Company.
2) Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards.
3) Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing and auditing procedures.
4) Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
5) Oversee the processing of revenue, expense, capital expenditure and position control documents, department budgets,
Job Requirements:
1) Minimum 10 solid years progressive work experience in Finance in a leadership capacity.
2) Sound experience working in multiple Finance role and how these functions can be leveraged to effectively manage the department.
3) Demonstrated skill in leadership, integration of initiatives into business or organizational objectives.
4) Ability to introduce, influence and manage change within the organization.
5) Highly developed communication, relationship building and facilitation skills.
6) Strong conceptual skills, diagnostic, analytical and problem solving skills and ability to exercise flexibility and judgment.
7) Bachelor’s degree required; preferably with MBA or its equivalent. Licensed CPA
8) Fluent in English and Mandarin. Education outside China is a must.
