Job Description –Accounting Manager CN

Report to：CFO CN

Base: Changzhou, Jiangsu

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- maintain and improve financial rules, enhance internal control, guarantee the safety of company assets;

- maintain and improve accounting systems, procedures, guarantee timely and legally exposure of financial report without material mistakes;

- maintain and standardize the COA and reporting of China entities;

- be responsible for monthly closing of 2 plants and another 2 small companies (without daily business), and analyze the variance;

- be responsible for both consolidated report of China entities and the individual reports of plants;

- maintain and improve treasury management, to meet the demand of companies’ operation and internal administration;

- tax declaration and related management;

- accomplish other daily business of accounting department;

- team building: guide and supervise the cashier and accountants, organize related training;

- coordinate and foster good relation with Tax, Auditors, SAFE, Statistics Bureau, bank, maintain good external environment for company development;

- accomplish other jobs appointed by CFO.

REQUIREMENTS:

- bachelor degree or above, CPA preferred;

- 6+ years of accounting/ or costing related working experience;

- 3+ years of experience of manager/ or supervisor (with more than one subordinates);

- manufacturing foreign invested company background;

- knowledge of ERP;

- fluent English in written and oral;

- team work spirit;

- open mind and good communication skill;

- be able to work under pressure
