职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
-- Application and product consulting for sales, customers for technical questions
-- Provide vacuum calculation and project proposal on the base of technical features, cost comparisons and unique selling points with all necessary documentations
-- On site project support for new or complicate applications or projects
-- Generate training material of applications and products and deliver trainings to sales and customers
-- Develop new markets and promote new products
-- Generate Q&A documents for selected products and applications
Skills / Knowledge / Experience:
-- Bachelor degree in engineering or better
-- Major in Vacuum technology is preferred
-- At least 3 years working experiences in technical support position in vacuum related business
-- Experiences in coating, Solar and FPD are preferred
-- Good verbal and written English skills and able to give presentation in English and follow complicate English technical descriptions
-- Highly developped problem solving and project management skills
-- Good computer skills: PPT, Excel, SAP, Pro-E
-- Good team work sprit and strong communication skill is required
-- Willing to travel frequently
