汇报对象: QA经理，合并后，职业经理人

工作职责: 

支持QA经理建立质量管理体系：包括ISO程序建立，供应商评价和客户审核

Support QA manager to set up the quality management system: include the ISO procedures setup, supplier evaluation and customer audit preparation. 

支持QA经理建立产品登记信息收集，包括新产品工厂引入，评价和客户目标国的沟通Support QA manager for related product registration information collection, includes the new product introduction management on site, evaluating and communicating with customer country when need it.  

包装管理：提高和优化现有的包装管理Packaging management: improve and optimize the current packaging management. 

根据需要QC 定期的培训Localize and train the QC on test methods when need it or periodically. 

支持QA经理做交叉污染管理和优化，年度审核相关部门Support QA manager for cross contamination management and optimizing. Audit all the related department annually. 

支持和领导不合格品调查，客户投诉或者其他质量问题Support and lead the investigation on NCM, customer complaint or other quality issues when business need. 

月度质量报告Report and summary the monthly KPI. 

准备出口产品商检相关资料Prepare the CIQ related document when export the products. 

根据日常需要，支持QA的其他日常工作Support all the QA daily work according to business need. 

教育和经验Education and experience: 

本科学历，***农药专业，或者化学，化学工程专业Bachelor’s degree, preferably in pesticide, or chemistry or chemical engineering.

至少5年国际化公司农药行业的工作经验，质量部门或者工艺技术工程师Minimum five(5) years’ experience in global pesticide company, quality department or process technology engineer. 

熟悉农药登记法规，ISO体系Be familiar with pesticide registration, ISO 9001/14001 etc. 

语言：中英口语流利，读写能力较强，Language: fluent English in writing and speaking.
