JOB STATEMENT



This position is concerned with attending to all facets of sales administration support duties within the Services Sales department to ensure its efficient operation.



JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



· Sales Contract/Other concerned documentation Filing

· Create Quotation in SAP according to the demand of Customer Service Rep. and customers.

· Maintain Sales Order(SO) in ERP system and raise it with all necessary documents or instruction to corresponding vendors, DC or HK office

· Update SO

· Make sales contracts.

· Follow-up SO processing including logistic, shipping documents, import, customs clearance, local delivery and payment.

· Keep customers and Customer Service Representative informed of SO status.

· Assist Customer Service Representative for application of new customer and new item

· Distribute VAT invoice of Sale contracts to customers

· Concerned report

· Backup for other contract assistants and Parts Service Assistant

· Answer phones when Customer Service Representative not available

· Assist Customer Service Representative for business operation when they are not available

· Assist customer reception

· Tasks assigned by Supervisor or Crusher Parts Service Manager



QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Essential

· At least 2-3 years of experience in a customer service industry and related experience and/or training.


Desirable

· Trade certificate from college or technical school;

· Experience working in the mining or similar industry.

Skill and abilities

· Excellent communication skills.

· Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

· Excellent telephone manners.

· Excellent organizing and planning skills to meet tight deadlines.

· Proficient in the use of MS Office, databases, spreadsheets and e-mail, preferably Lotus Notes.

· Sound problems solving and analytical skills.

· Good interpersonal skills
