岗位职责：

1、熟知各种材料的性能、价格、产地、用途、按照项目部提出的材料计划单在公司规定时间内及时采购回所需的材料，不得影响工程进度。

2、掌握好各种材料的市场动态，采购材料进行比价议价。

3、根据施工组识设计和材料预算制度实施采购计划，确保工程进度。

4、熟悉图纸，对建筑材料做到心中有数，进料应和进度同步跟上。

5、对所购材料、构件、设备的质量、规格、型号务必贴合设计要求。

6、做好材料成本核算工作，核算预算量与实际用量的差额，核算预算价与实际价的差额，核查工地材料的用量及消耗、损耗情况。

任职要求：

1、高中及以上学历，工程相关专业，优秀应届生亦可；

2、正直沟通协调能力较好、较好的执行力；

3、熟悉各类工程材料，接受出差。

4、对工作认真负责。

Shanghai Hertel Yanda Installation Engineering Co., Ltd is a joint venture company between Dutch Hertel group (holding) and Yanda Construction Co., Ltd. with location at Shanghai Feng Xian Chemical Industrial Park. The company provides multi-disciplined industrial services mainly for oil/gas and process industries.
