职位描述
商务工作：
1、市场项目信息搜集，招投标参与，如标书的购买，商务校对及封装等工作；
2、商务合同的拟定及审核，重要业务文档归档保管；
3、配合市场部项目情况的协调、跟进及统计，项目款催收跟踪与处理；
行政工作：
1、负责北京办公室的日常行政工作：考勤统计、固定资产管理、宿舍管理等；
2、负责会议的安排组织、筹备工作，做好会议记录；
3、起草、拟定并发布公司重要通知，及时归档公司相关文件；
4、负责备用金管理，财务费用合理使用、统计、审批及发票的办理；
5、负责公司人员差旅安排及协调工作；
6、公司管理软件（口袋助理）的日常维护，权限设置、流程处理等；
7、搜集、整理公司内外部信息，定期发布及维护公司微信公众号及官网相关内容；
8、管理公司重要资质证件及印章，及时办理公司所需各项证照及变更年检等；
其他：
1、协助人力资源工作，包括筛选简历、面试邀约，人员入职手续办理和员工关系管理及维护
2、完成公司领导交办的其它各项工作任务。
任职要求：
1、身体健康，年龄25—33岁之间，两年以上相关工作经验。大专以上学历，专业不限；
2、形象气质良好，思维敏捷，具有良好的人际沟通能力和处理突发事情的应变能力；
3、文明礼貌，说话和气，亲和力强；工作踏实，认真细致，为人忠诚；
4、具有良好的心态和自信心和团队精神，承受压力和百折不挠的精神
5、熟悉办公室行政管理知识及工作流程，熟悉公文写作格式，熟练运用Excel、PPT等办公软件
