Position Summary:

从事零部件机械加工工作。

  

Responsibilities:  

1.根据作业计划和工单进行生产，遵守各种安全操作规程。      

2.核实仓库发料数量及上道工序转来的工件数量。

3.按时完成加工任务，下班前做好生产记录。

4.与接班的同事做好交接班事宜。 

5.根据5S管理标准，保持工作台的整洁整齐（特别是休息和吃饭时间）。

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

1.了解机加工工艺及CNC编程，了解机加工工艺及CNC编程 可独立完成产品的调试工作，工装夹具的更换与设置。

2.熟悉刀具使用，能修磨刀具及钻头，了解刀具的切削参数。

3.够阅读并理解比较复杂，能够调整，操作，保养数控车床或加工中心。
