We currently have one Full-Time position available in Guangzhou, China for the role of:

IT Manager China

Required Skill Set:

1.A bachelor’s degree in engineering or science and having 4-7 years of technical or product management experience in Hotel Loyalty domain. ？

2.Proprietary CRM software installation and provide system & IT support. 

3.Conduct all configurations, programming and testing of CRM systems according to company requirements. Execute various CRM system set-up activities 

4.CRM Software training of admin staff, managers and loyalty users 

5.Responsible for the configuration, administration and support of the POS applications, Promotions, Rewards as well as updates and patches to the POS. 

6.Creating Interface for backend system on POS using programing language. 

7.Perform POS programming tasks such as changing prices and taxes, adding and removing items, and configuring discounts and promotions. 

8.Troubleshoot POS problems and work with vendors to resolve support issues. 

9.Represent IT Department at planning and implementation meetings. 

10.End user IT related problem (Hardware, Software etc) 

11.Experience in IT Support. 

12.Has a positive and ‘can-do’ attitude 

13.Ability to deal with multi-tasking 

14.Proactive with ideas, show lots of initiative, fast and creative thinker 

15.Excellent administrational, organizational & time management skills 

16.The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines 

17.Good written and oral communication skills in English .
