职位描述：
工作内容：
1、全面工厂白领以及蓝领的招聘工作；
2、根据各部门需求发布招聘信息；
3、搜集简历，对简历进行分类、筛选，电话面试，面试安排与接待，参与岗位的初试，并做有效的面试结果评估；
4、开发、维护、评估、分析各招聘渠道，月度招聘报告更新；
5、组织蓝领实习生校园招聘，参加招聘会；
6、完成上级布置的其他相关工作。

任职条件：
1、2~3年以上人员招聘工作经验；
2、有工厂岗位招聘经验者优先；
3、反应快灵敏，沟通协作以及解决问题能力强；
4、良好的英语读写能力；
5、熟悉计算机操作办公软件；

注：此岗位为一年劳务外包合同岗位，但有较好的学习和能力发展机会。
