2、负责收发快递及公司办公区域及设备的日常巡视；
3、保持与物业联系，及时汇报并解决问题；
4、办公用品的登记和发放，办公耗材需求信息的及时收集和发放；
5、名片的印制及员工考勤制作；
6、负责通讯录的更新及会议室、机票、酒店的预定
7、执行上级安排的其他工作；
任职资格:
1、大专以上学历，熟练操作办公自动化软件；
2、形象气质佳、有亲和力;
