职位描述：
1、负责数据库安装维护、安全管理和故障处理；
2、负责数据库服务可用性监控、容量规划、架构设计和扩容实施；
3、负责数据库设计支持及性能优化，推进优化工作有效实施；
4、根据业务需求，改进数据库架构，提供高可用、高性能、可扩展的、稳定可靠的数据库解决方案；
5、负责日常各部门数据报表的日常支持工作；
6、负责开发集群管理及运维系统；
7、对负责的业务进行日常维护。

岗位要求：
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上，有两年以上数据库管理经验；
2、熟悉Oracle、MySQL数据库体系结构和工作原理；
3、熟悉常用存储引擎的功能和特点以及主从复制原理和实践；
4、熟悉数据库的性能优化、SQL调优技术，对高并发数据库的锁和事务隔离问题有深入理解；
5、熟悉数据库容量规划和分表设计方法，有海量数据库设计和支持经验优先；
6、熟悉常用的数据库备份方法，有xtrabackup/InnoBackup使用经验，并理解其工作原理；
7、精通脚本语言Bash，并至少能用Perl，Python，PHP，Ruby中的一种进行快速开发；
8、对MySQL技术有强烈兴趣，熟悉MySQL各个分支版本，关注新的技术动态。 举报 分享
