职位描述：
1、负责大数据产品数据挖掘算法与模型部分的设计，将业务场景与模型算法进行融合等；
2、深入研究数据挖掘模型，参与数据挖掘模型的构建、维护、部署和评估，支持产品研发团队模型算法构建，整合等；
3、负责制定数据建模、数据处理和数据安全等架构规范并落地实施；
4、设计并实现数据挖掘、机器学习等数大数据模块建设、开发；
5、辅导团队，提升公司整体数据研发能力。

任职资格：
1、计算机、数学、统计学等相关专业本科及以上学位，3年以上大数据工作经验；
2、扎实的数据挖掘基础知识，精通机器学习、数学统计常用算法；
3、熟悉大数据生态，掌握常见分布式计算框架和技术原理，如Hadoop、MapReduce、Yarn、Storm、Spark等；
4、熟悉Linux操作系统和Shell编程，至少熟悉Scala/Java/Python/C++/R等语言中的一种编程；
5、具备扎实的数学、AI知识，至少在以下某一领域有深入的研究：机器学习、深度学习等；
6、熟悉数据库原理，至少在以下某一数据库有较深的研究：Oracle,mysql,DB2等；
7、熟悉大规模并行计算的基本原理并具有实现并行计算算法的基本能力；
8、性格积极乐观、诚信，能自我驱动，有较强的语言表达能力；具有良好的沟通、团队协作、计划和创新的能力；
