岗位职责：
1、主要负责焊接结构、管线、设备等焊接工艺编制并指导、实施，提出相关焊材要求及焊接质量的质量检查，并现场指导施工；

２、负责焊接质量控制体系相关文件的编制、审核；
2、检查焊逢的焊接工艺、规程的执行情况，纠正违规，同时对于施工过程中所发生的质量问题要做好详细记录并且向相关部门汇报；
3、负责改进焊接工艺、并控制焊材定额及成本；
4、对施工过程中的焊接工艺标准、技术要点与施工班组以及承包班组进行技术交底；
5、完成上级领导交代的其他工作。
任职资格
1、能熟练运用EXCEL、AUTOCAD、WORD等办公软件；
2、熟悉压力容器、压力管道、大型钢构，了解各种材料如碳钢、不锈钢、哈斯合金、双相钢、等各种材料的属性；
3、熟悉焊接工艺评定，编制焊接作业指导书。

4、熟悉焊接相关国家规范，熟悉焊接工艺流程

5、大专以上学历，焊接相关专业，。5以上工作经验；
６、有压力容器/石化工程公司焊接工程师行业背景优先考虑； ；

７、英语良好，听说读写流利者优先；
８、有较强的学习能力，责任心强；
