Summary description (Please briefly identify the mission of this position):
To be responsible for the stable operation of facility system equipment periodical maintenance and troubleshooting; Manage activities and resources engaged in maintaining & developing the NCR Beijing site; Execute process improvements in manufacturing Facility areas; Ensure the efficiency of the processes to meet customer requirement.


Education and Experience Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical & Electrical or Architecture engineering or related engineering;
? At least 3 to 5 years engineering working experience in facility management;
? Good knowledge on AutoCAD, office software, etc;
? High motivation level and self-initiative required
? Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
? Good command of both spoken and written English required
? Strong logic thinking, problem analysis and solving skill

Key Areas of Responsibility: (Please list at least 5 key tasks of this position at daily work)
? To be responsible for facility system improvement and maintenance;
? Develop and implement facility maintenance plan;
? To be responsible for facility system trouble shooting
? Plan and coordinate facility improvement or modification activities;
? Facility related activities budget control. Initiate and perform energy saving and other cost reduction activities;
? To be responsible for routine job follow up and inspection;
? Liaison with external source and authorities on facility management;
? Other special assignment.

Scope (Target to be achieved):
? Ensure and maintain an effective and preventive maintenance system;
? Management to maintenance team, ensure to build an effective maintenance team;
? Good management/maintenance to Air conditioner, ventilation system, Water supply system, Steam powered heating system and Plant power distribution system etc.;
? Good management and control to fire fighting system;
? Ensure good management, maintenance and control to office furniture, plant and office layout, etc.;
? Management and control to drawings, relevant materials and documents, spare parts;
? Support activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management system ISO9000/14000, maintain safety, health and environmental policies and procedures.

? With relevant team/department to keep good communication and team work in the key areas to support daily work and production line keep going;
? Management to maintenance team, ensure to build an effective maintenance team;
? Support activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for maintain safety, health and environmental policies and procedures.
