职位描述：
外贸业务员岗位职责
1． 利用网络平台及公司资料库，开拓并跟踪好海外客户，整理回复客户询盘并做好跟进工作；
2． 能独立开发客户，对外贸流程了解，对产品的规格、质量等都能给客户及时的答复；
3． 负责定期客户资料的整理，收集业务信息，掌握市场动态，并及时向主管汇报行情
4． 订单过程跟进及风险管理，从定单的洽谈，确认，单证审核，订单管理，验货，出货状况，收款及客户投诉处 理跟进
5． 配合公司所需，产品及订单相关翻译工作
6． 保持与客户的良好沟通及关系，负责国外市场的产品推广与销售
7． 完成主管临时交办的其他工作；


资质要求：

1：热爱外贸事业，敢于挑战自我，能吃苦耐劳，勤奋务实；积极主动，有良好的团队合作精神，执行力及抗压力强；
2．专科及以上学历，国际贸易，市场营销及相关专业，男女不限；
3.优秀的英文听说读写能力，能够快速处理商务信函，工作口语沟通无障碍；
4 熟悉外贸流程，能够熟悉开发客户到最后订单收款的整个操作；
