Job description:
1, responsible for wire-cut edm machine (fast walking thread cutting, of wire, wire cutting machine, edm machine equipment, etc.) of the overall structure of the design and structure design work, to ensure the rationality of the new product structure, reliability, applicability, beautiful, novelty;
2, responsible for new product days send a full set of drawings in the process of design, assembly debugging process documents preparation, ensure process control documents conform to the development control process and relevant quality management standards;
3, responsible for the development of the prototype in the process of product development, trial-produce and organize, coordinate and follow up work, solve the technical problems, ensure that the product smoothly into mass production;
4, provide relevant technical support to production and solutions;
5, complete technical summary, development and design, procurement, inspection standards, etc.
Qualifications:
1, machinery, mechanical and electrical integration professional bachelor degree or above, more than five years work experience;
2, mechanical structure with professional knowledge and rich experience in structural design;
3, 3 years experience in CNC machine tool equipment structure design, there are more than two independent structure design, production problem solving experience.
4, can skilled Pro - e such as design software;
5, familiar with mechanical parts processing process of casting, welding, sheet metal processing, such as forming technology has the deep Jue, familiar with all kinds of special metal, nonmetal, corrosion resistant, high voltage, high temperature resistant, etc.) material properties;
6, familiar with pneumatic components, motor, screw, guide the selection and working principle of automation related components such as;
