Responsibilities:
Manage the payroll function across regions incl. service providers to ensure high-quality & accurate payroll delivery.
Maintain the adequate employee data base & personal files, and keep track of general HR reports.
Consolidate the HR MIS report across regions including headcount, attrition, leave, personal cost related report,budgeting and budget tracking etc. for management needs.
In charge of employment management of head quarter incl. employee on-boarding & exit process , contract signing/renewal ,attendance system including leave, OT, etc.
Manage the benefits programs including social security, commercial insurance, welfare, expatriate' benefit etc. with interacting with external vendors (FESCO, insurer, etc.) to ensure the benefits programs are well implemented.
Help to build and optimize C&B policy and SOP.
Assist in attending C&B surveys, submitting survey data and analyzing market data.

Qualification:
Education
University graduate or above.

Professional Experience
Min. 3 years working experience in HR function, of which at least 2 years experience in C&B function within a MNC.
Proficiency in PC and written English.
Familiar with local labor law and regulation.
Be sensitive of data, enjoys details, have strong abilities of data analyses and synthesis
Proactive, supportive, result driven and can work under pressure.
