职位描述
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (up to seven key responsibility and duty areas)
· Keep close contact with ABB internal customer to understand and meet specific needs and requirements for market communication & other services in regard of demand scheduling, service quality, delivery and sourcing process
· Cooperate and coordinate with project team in order to define, agree on and implement adequate sourcing strategy for Facility management
· Catagory market research & analysis
· Lead the whole sourcing process which includes cooperation with customer about to collect demand, consolidate requirement, going for tender, negotiating with suppliers, commercial bid analysis (CBA), setting up frame agreements, maintain pricing input in catalogue for customer order placement
· Define concrete sourcing targets and work out strategies to reach the targets
· Source, evaluate and select local quality suppliers to ensure competitive advantage of ABB operation in China
· Troubleshooting and claim management with suppliers / internal customers
· Controlling, monitoring, report, documentation and communication of sourcing status, process and success
· Functional leadership of sourcing team members of Facility management sourcing within ABB China
· Management, Coaching and Supervision of FM direct reporting Sourcing team team to ensure high performance, motivation and efficient operational process

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Commercial Bachelor degree or above, Business Administration prefered
· Over 7 years working experience in indirect purchasing and/or sourcing in China, thereof
5 years experience in sourcing function in multinational companies
· SAP purchasing user knowledge is a plus
· Experience in leadership and people management preferably in matrix organisations
· Excellent knowledge of the Chinese supplier market for Capex, Facility management, Leasing , Renovations
· Excellent negotiation skills and command of written and oral English
· Good service contract management skill
· Experience in Project management preferred
· Good knowledge of purchasing process
