Responsibilities:
1/ Input batchmaster system for coil coatings sales figures.
2/ Input "Order Delivery China" for coil coatings sales figures.
3/ Place sales order to production dept. in time for coil coating sales order.
4/ Print delivery note for warehouse coil coating goods-handling out.
5/ Process and follow up the production order in time
6/ Deal with proforma invoice and delivery note for finance dept. to invoice.
7/ Deal with coil coatings customer complaint report for goods return and reproduction.
8/ Reply order confirmation to coil coatings customers in time.
Requirements:
1/ College or above
2/ Coordination, Communication, Customer Focus, Continuous Learning
3/ Accountability , Aggressiveness
