工作职责：
1. Comply with all work and safety rules and actively promotes safety.
遵守安全工作规范并能积极的提升
2. Must be familiar with the company's MSDS/product system, Raw Material ，Product Codes and current operating procedures.
熟悉公司MSDS/产品系统/原料成品代码和现有生产流程。
3. Must set up product rework data and optimize formula to reduce inventory
建立产品返工档案，优化生产配方以便减少库存。
4. Lead and work together with related departments to reduce slow moving inventory and rework goods according to company rework procedure.
领导并协调相关部门根据返工流程及时对存货进行有效的返工处理，减少生产库存。
5. Must trouble shoot production process problem and ensure all QC items in specifications.
协助解决生产过程中的问题，使产品符合技术标准。
6. Conduct inventory analysis report and control overproduction during process
定期进行库存分析报告，解决生产过程中多生产的问题。
7. Must ensure products go smooth with min quality complaint and constant product quality.
确保产品顺利生产，保持产品稳定持续的质量，避免客户投诉。
8. Communicate with related department if any case to fulfill on time delivery.
能及时和相关部门进行有效的沟通，保证产品的顺利生产和及时交货。
9. Must work independently and be able to finish the task required by department head.
能独立工作，完成部门经理安排的各项工作。

任职要求：
1. College or university degree in chemical engineering or related field. More than three years working experience in related chemical industry, experience in coating/ink industry is highly preferred. Be familiar with color match skills
大专或以上学历，化学工程相关专业毕业；
三年以上化工相关企业工作经验；有涂料企业工作经验者优先；熟悉涂料调色技能
2. Must set safety and quality priorities base on customer and plant need

3. Must have good analytical; communication and interpersonal skills
