职位描述
1、 根据公司给到的资源，对幼小/初中高中课程的推广及客户的开发与维护。
2、 电话邀约客户、破冰、课程介绍、咨询，促成签单，完成月度销售任务。
3、 做好咨询登记表的记录，定期对客户进行回访，收集客户需求信息以及消费习惯等信息，分析客户需求与反馈。
4、 积极参与部门和公司组织的各种培训和学习，不断充实个人涵养与销售沟通技巧。
5、 个人私域流量运营，朋友圈运营，用户运营，完成相关转介绍任务。
