Job Responsibilities工作职责

1. Manage and coordinate full technical service at the painting line to assigned customer: Volvo Geely.

为客户提供技术服务支持
2. Participate in the paint shop, start-up process. Ensuring Beckers products are successfully installed and regularly monitored. This relates to current and new products, thus, achieving rapid commercialization with smooth transition.

积极推动新产品的研发及应用，使其尽可能快的市场化
3. Implement a detailed process monitoring system, highlighting daily all application parameters at customer paint line. This includes: substrate preparation, coating process stabilization ensuring we meet the customer specification.

对表面处理及涂料稳定性进行监督并记录
4. Of critical importance is the training of customer personnel in order to support their on line processes. Minimizing Beckers intervention. Working closely with engineering specialists to review customer line design and offer recommendations based on Beckers design considerations.

为客户提供技术培训，让其流程符合Beckers的要求
5. Provide on line colour adjustment if necessary batch by batch. Troubleshoot any painting problems at customer locations and work closely with labs to successfully resolve product and process issues.

现场为客户排除故障，通过与实验室的紧密合作，成功解决产品及工艺环节上出现的问题

6. Closely monitor stock levels and report in a timely fashion any concerns that may create product shortages to the paint line.

密切关注库存情况，及时预警。
7. Continually improve the strong reputation ofBeckersthrough active participation and professional positioning leading to potential cost savings/improvements.
维护Beckers声誉，提高Beckers在现有客户心目中的形象

8. Live within a 10 Klmradius of the customer paint line

需居住在客户工厂周边。

Job Requirements任职要求

1. College in chemistry or equivalent

大专及以上学历，化工类或者相关专业
2. Two years & above technical service experience in Auto (bumper or body) coatings experience.

两年以上汽车保险杠或车身涂装技术服务经验
3.Adequate English

一定的英语表达能力
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills

有较强的沟通表达能力
