Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

? Establish and strengthen the long-term relationship with NHSA through professional communication 
? Lead NVS internal NRDL cross functional task force to maximize the reimbursement opportunity for China RDL objectives through NRDL incl. the National negotiation
? Closely monitor the national 4+7 purchasing pilot related policy and GQCE policy implementation to maximize value for related brand family.
? Develop win-win projects to maintain and establish partnership with NHSA and relevant associations and to build up platform for PHSA stakeholders.
? Monitor reimbursement related policies, including DRGs, reimbursement standard, out-patient coordinating and rare diseases, seek insights from customers and work with strategy team to analyze influence on NVS products 
? Support to PRDL and national negotiation execution and area out-patient chronic/special disease listing

Desirable Requirements: 
? 3+ years’ experience in market access within pharmaceutical industry, last NRDL experience is preferred
? Bachelor degree or above, pharmaceutical /clinical background is preferred 
? Strong communication and stakeholder engagement ability 
? External policy sensitivity and analytical ability
? Open minded, learning fast
? Good in both written and spoken English is preferred
