岗位职责:

1、根据项目及业务需求开展测试任务，制定测试计划测试方案，管理测试过程把控进度；
2、分析需求，根据需求点编写功能测试用例，组织测试用例评审；
3、根据测试用例执行功能测试，兼容性测试，易用性测试；
4、对提交的接口进行接口测试用例编写，使用相应工具对接口进行测试（功能、性能）；
5、对重要的项目及接口进行性能测试，并分析性能测试结果；
6、记录Bug，及时追踪Bug解决进度；
7、分析测试风险，对测试风险进行记录管理并追踪风险状态;
8、分析项目测试结果，给出测试结论以及报告;
9、完成测试经理安排的部门工作;
10、研究测试新技术并应用到实际工作上提高效率;
11、对有效的新技术进行部门内分享。

任职资格:

1、4年以上移动app和web软件测试经验，至少1年以上的测试管理经验，有大型互联网工作者优先；
2、熟练掌握软件测试流程，熟悉web端、android和ios的常用测试方法和测试工具、数据库相关知识，有自动化、安全、性能测试经验优先；
3、负责软件测试小组的主要管理工作；
4、负责跟踪和监控测试进展，并督促修改发现的问题；能够发现关键问题和风险，向相关负责人提醒和告警，并能够提供改进意见和建议；
5、思路清晰，责任心强，抗压能力强，能胜任重复性的工作，具备较强的问题解决能力，具有良好的沟通协调能力，组织执行能力和团队精神。
