Major Accountabilities

Administration support to function heads and daily routine work includes (but not limit to): working calendar, travel arrangement, T&E and medical expense claim, information search, paperwork formatting polish, etc. Administration support to the team and daily routine work includes (but not limit to): team meeting arrangement, staff onboard or transfer support, global travelers logistics arrangement, office supplies ordering, fixed assets tracking, team buildings, agency payment processing, team coordination per HR/IT re-quirements for company-wide project, warehouse management and regular tracking, etc. Support projects based on request, such as: maintain team information in In-tranet site, internal communication email distribution, newsletter distribution, internal event on-site support, etc.

Minimum Education

University degree, preferably in scientific subjects (medicine, Education pharmacology, biology, etc.) Desirable Education: Advanced degree (PhD, Master’s, MBA)

Experience

Significant project management experience in direct/indirect leadership role (Engagement Manager / Project Manager at major consulting company, or equivalent role in industry). Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills are critical Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (sales/marketing, finance, project work) and with senior management is desirable

Languages

Fluent English (written, spoken) Fluent Mandarin desirable (written, spoken)
