1. Patient program’s development and management

   • Plan and execute patient programs, including external cooperation, progress tracking and risks management

   • Facilitate all types of patient program model’s establishment

   • External collaboration to achieve efficient program implementation under compliance and local regulations control.

2. Medical projects execution and support

   • Online project support to enrich and improve the impact

   • Monitor projects implementation process to ensure performance achieved and compliance alignment

   • Keep on collecting the feedback of the project execution and give the input to the compliance committee to meet the simplicity culture of Novartis.

   • Field visit to monitor the projects operational status

   • External stakeholders visit to obtain the insights

3. Materials development and management, including patient education materials, etc.

4. Well budget control

职位要求：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in medicine, life sciences or other relevant areas. Proven projects management experience will be a strong plus.

2. Good verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and with basic English communication skills.

3. 3+ years of pharmaceutical industry working experience in project management or patient program.

4. Extensive knowledge and experience in the corresponding TA will be a strong plus.

5. Proven capability to design and execute customer-faced programs with the strong capabilities of project governance as well.

6. Proven ability to optimize the processes.

7. Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
