职位描述：
？ Job Responsibilities 工作职责
1. Undertake lab work related to new product development in LTDA, including but not limited to performance evaluation and verification of coil coating, adjustment and optimization of coil coating formula and performance verification of formula with local raw material.
承担LTDA相关新产品开发实验室工作，包括卷材涂料产品性能测试和验证，涂料性能调整和配方优化测试，原材料本地化验证等。
2. Participate in planning test program and be responsible for related lab work with or without help from local technical team.
参与新产品开发具体实施计划的制定，并负责具体的实验室相关工作
3. Carry out work linked to line trials with new product in customer sites, including preparation prior trial, tracking during the trial and follow up test and verification.
卷材涂料产品用户产线试验，包括产线试验前期准备，试验过程跟踪，试验后续性能测试等工作
4. Participate in activities of product promotion and technical meetings with customers. Attend internal technical discussion.
参加产品推广和客户技术交流等活动
5. Based on priority to finish LTDA related work, work closely with local coil coating technical team on assigned lab work.
优先完成LTDA相关工作的基础上，承担本地卷材技术相关实验室工作。
6. Participate in lab equipment management and do well in 5s.
参与实验室维护和管理，做好5S工作
？ Job Requirements任职要求
1. Good time management according to priority of work
能够合理地利用时间，充分理解工作的优先级别。
2. enable to follow up, summarize and report progress of projects independently
能够独立地完成相关课题的跟进，总结及报告。
3. good communication and team work spirit
具有良好的沟通能力及团队精神。
4. familiar with coating formula, enable to make adjustment according to issues
熟悉涂料的配方，能够针对产品的问题进行相应的配方调整。
5. Experienced in coil coating or coil-coated steel/aluminum line will be a good plus.
熟悉卷钢卷铝涂料，卷钢卷铝涂装线者优先考虑。
6. major in chemistry, bachelor’s degree minimum, could be flexible to the one with outstanding experience
化工专业, 本科学历或以上，经验突出者可以适当放宽。
7. more than 3-year experience in coating lab
3年或以上涂料工作背景
8. Good at both English speaking and writing, the person needs to be able to explain his/her work in English. Adept at office software.
良好的英语读写能力，能熟练使用Office办公软件。
9. Not color-blind
