Job Responsibilities
1.Monthly Payments upload via E-bank for 3 entities in China
2.Maintain daily journals for bank/petty cash for Shanghai and SCB for GZ and TJ
3.Handle bank notes receiving, endorse to supplier and collection for Shanghai should be reconciled with bank statement
4.Monthly physical count for bank notes and cash
5.All other works related to bank
6.Other tasks assigned by manager/controller
Job Requirements
1.Full-time bachelor degree or above
2.Minimum1 year working experience in accounting/finance
3.Fluent in English, both written and oral. CET-6 and above.
4.Proficiency in MS office (especially in Excel) and other financial reporting system. Experience with ERP system is preferred
5.Highly responsibility, able to work under pressure and meet tight reporting schedule. Quick-learning, analytical skilled, detail oriented, self-motivated and highly efficient
