Job Description:
? Support DJASO QE & Compliance Manager to establish and manage the designated objectives, goals and KPI's, and report progress periodically to the DJASO QE & Compliance manager;
? Work proactively with performance results to ensure the product compliance.
o Ensure products, components and material meets Dorel Juvenile Requirements by annual CPSIA and JPMA test
> Coordinate with vendor and test labs on test arrangement.
> Closely monitor the submission and test progress.
> Verify test report to ensure integrity.
> Follow up on outstanding issues such as submission and or test delay.
> Upload the CPSIA test report to Dorel website
> Provide summary to Division.
o Ensure General Compliance Certificate info is accurate and updated and uploaded on time.
> Generate the EGCC and upload them to website on time (Daily and Monthly).
> Confirm the GCC paper for Kmart, Sear and TRU/BRU PO is accurate.
> Monitor and drive the suppliers to provide documents on time
o Follow DJASO process to handle testing for Division samples(to be sampled in Division and tested in China)
o Support Division on other compliance requirements, ex. (16 CFR 1107 technical file requirement)
> Work with PFG supplier to build up technical files
> Get all documents on time.
o Ensure update Division compliance requirements including Quality Policy and Chemical requirements.
> Inform vendors about new requirement and reply queries
> Introduce all policies to new vendor.
> FTP Management
o Maintain the Tracking Log for TEST, AOD, CAR and DCBS system and provide service for other colleague, as an administrator of on-line track log and DCBS.
o Training Suppliers and DJASO related dept. regarding Chemical compliance requirements.
o Builds and maintains key relationships with external labs in order to discuss and maintain testing prices lists, get discounts, and arrange training
o Ensure all Chemical Compliance related reports are accurate, distributed on time and records are maintained and up to date within the designated system.
? Any other tasks related to quality as set by DJASO QE & Compliance Manager.

Job Requirement:
1. College Degree or above in Chemistry or related
2. Experience with Juvenile Products, Toys is preferred
3. Knowledge of chemicals, lab testing, EU laws, REACh, RoHS, US laws, JPMA,CPSIA, chemical regulations, plastic materials, paint materials, coatings.
4. Over 3-years working experience in Chemical compliance related field is a must.
5. Good understanding and working experience in Chemical compliance.
6. Working experience in Quality related field is preferred
7. Proficient in English reading and writing. Good spoken English desired
8. Knowledgeable in the use of the Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. 举报 分享

中山地址：Dorel Juvenile在中山目前有新旧两个办公区。新办公区在东升镇葵兴大道202号，目前生产车间以及与生产相关的办公室员工已搬至新区。旧办公区在葵兴大道28号，目前R&D，HR&Admin，Finance等部门仍在旧区办公。一般情况下，面试多安排在旧区。
