职位描述：
Job Responsiblity
1. Assist in establishing sales quotas and budgets.
2. Serves the needs and requirements of a few key sales accounts
3. Establishes and maintains relationships with distributors and customers
4. Provides key communication linkage among sales, marketing and other functions.
5. Advises management on consumer trends and feedback
6. Calls on current and potential customers
7. Keep customers informed on new products or services, pricing, changes, etc.
8. Keeps records and reports on all activities
9. Provides input into the development of annual budget and sales forecasts
10. Handles highly specialized products in competitive markets.
11. Coordinates with distributors on the execution of sales plans and programs
12. Prepares reports on market trends, consumer habits and competitive activities
13. Conducts training for online technical service
Job Requirement
1. At least 5 years’ experience in costing industrial,familiar with ACE coatings
2. Preferably in industrial multinational company
3. Knowledge of coatings, negotiating, and change management.
