职位描述：
Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for creation and analysis of IMPACTIVA’s KPI (Key Performance Indicator) data
- Responsible to analyze client claims and quality issues
- Responsible for follow up on actions related to claims
- Support design and implementation of knowledge test for Technicians
- Support QMS (Quality Management System) compliance to ISO 9001 and work as Internal Auditor following-up on CA (Corrective Actions) implementation
- Conduct audits to evaluate adherence to P&Ps
- Based on the analysis of data and audit results, suggest solutions to areas of improvement of the company
- Work with other Business Units & Departments (Production Team, Learning and R&D Team) to implement improvement solutions
- Willing to take up special project assigned by supervisor


Required Knowledge, Traits and Skills:

Knowledge
- Bachelor degree (preferably in engineering)
- Minimum of 2 year working experience in the field of QMS, preferable in major multi-nationals’ leather or shoe Industries.
- Experience working in a factory following a QMS based on ISO 9001 or equivalent quality standard
- Minimum of 2 year working experience as an Internal Quality Auditor or equivalent role
- Good knowledge in system audit, analytical skill, root cause analysis and, and CAR (Corrective Action Report) follow up
- Knowledge in different systems (QMS, EHS, social system) requirements is an advantage
- Good understanding of project management
- Very good at data analysis by using Excel as a tool
- Experience with shoes, leather or apparel making process preferred
- Experience in ISO 9001 internal audit
- Certificate in QMS audit (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) is a plus
