职位描述 Job Description:

1.To set up and make maintenance system perfect, including lubrication, PM, PDM. Push it to be carried out and follow its result.

制定完善维修体系，包括润滑、预防性维修计划、状态检测。组织相关人员进行实施并跟踪实施结果。

2.To coordinate corresponding people to deal with equipment breakdown or abnormal issue in time.

组织相关人员，对设备故障或异常情况进行及时处理。

3.To review, analyze and make corrective action periodically for equipment breakdown to reduce breakdown rate and to improve its reliability.

定期对设备故障进行分析、总结及制订相应的措施。降低设备故障率，提高设备运行可靠性。

4.Equipment breakdown report after holding meeting to make analysis and to take actions for equipment typical abnormal issues.

针对典型设备异常运转情况，主持必要的分析和改进，填写设备故障报告。

5.To carry out and follow up maintenance quality for partial key equipment, and contact with equipment supplier if necessary.

跟踪、落实部分关键设备的检修质量，必要时联系厂家工程师。

6.To review and set up optimum stock for spare parts. And associate maintenance& utility director to control maintenance cost..

建立合理的备件库存；协助控制维修成本。

7.To Direct and train maintenance guys to improve their skill.

指导、培训员工，提高员工技能.

8.To check the implementation result of corresponding safety regulation and procedure. To find out safety potential risk and make corrective action in time to make sure of production and maintenance safety. To review and continuously improve safety procedure.

监督检查各项安全生产管理规定及操作规程的实施；能发现安全隐患并及时整改，以确保生产过程安全；并不断完善维修安全操作规程。

9.To associate your manager to coordinate work between maintenance department and other department such as production.

协助协调维修与生产及其它部门的工作。

10.To do other work from your manager.

上级领导交给的其它任务。

任职资格 Qualifications：

1.Major: Mechanical engi。neering or chemical equipment or relative specialty ; Bachelor’s degree or above.
专业： 机械工程或化工设备或相关专业； 机械专业学士及以上学位
2.Experienced with rotating process equipment, hydraulics, maintenance equipment, preventive maintenance. As well as electrical knowledge better.
具备转动工艺设备、液压、设备维护及预防性维护工作经验。具备部分电气知识更好。
3.Familiar with QC/QA (ISO) procedures, Fire Codes, Safety Codes, Pressure vessel Codes, ‘Boiler’ Codes and so on…
熟悉QC/QA(ISO)程序，熟悉消防，安全，压力容器，锅炉等相关法规及管理办法。
4.Skill in computer operate, office software熟练掌握办公软件
5.Good written and oral English良好的英语书写和口语能力
6.At least 5 years plant working experience in mechanical field maintenance 5年以上工厂现场设备维护经验
7.Good at organization and planning 良好的组织和计划能力
8.Good safety consciousness and team spirit良好的安全意识和团队工作意识
9.Good communication skill and initiative work attitude良好的沟通技巧和积极的工作态度
