1.Key Areas of Duties/Responsibilities 主要职责

• 审核员工的报销凭证与发票--Review staff reimbursement and invoices
• 维护Oracle 的AP模块--Maintain the Oracle AP modules
• 协助完成对第三方的付款审核工作--Support Vendor payment and review related contract
• 协调月末AP关账--Completed Month end closing with AP Team
• 解答Buyer对付款环节的相关问题--Support Buyer to resolve problem with vendor payment
• 对员工在报销环节产生的问题进行答疑--Answer question for Staff reimbursement related issues
• 协助经理完成AP报告--Assist Manager to completed Month report
• 处理其他相关工作--Other relevant jobs assign by line Manager

2.Qualification Requirements 资格要求

• Education: Bachelor or above, Major in finance or relevant area
  教育 : 本科或以上财务相关专业
• Relevant working experience: 3+years of progressive experience in accounting area
  相关工作经验： 2年以上财务经验,1年以上AP工作经验
• Computer and Language Skill:, Excel, Word, Oracle experience or equivalent system experience is plus
  电脑和语言技巧: 基本沟通技能，能操作Excel, Word, 有Oracle 或相关经验者优先
• Interpersonal/Management skills：Basic communication skill and team spirit
  沟通与合作技巧：基本的沟通能力及团队合作精神
• Good English
