Mission of function
- In the context of manufacturing, commissioning and operation of compressor units and steam turbines, handle different quality issuesby using known quality tools. Your task as an Engineer for Quality Management in Projects is to be responsible for specification and coordination of all Quality requirements and regulations during project execution. Initiate and implement continous improvement in order to reduce non -conformance cost.
- 在压缩机，汽轮机的生产制造，调试及运转的过程中，能够运用已知的质量工具处理不同的质量问题。在项目执行过程中，做为质量管理工程师应掌握相关的质量规范并配合达到规定的质量要求。实现持续改进以减少不良品的发生。

Contacts (internal / external)
- Regular direct contacts with other related departments in Europe
- Regular contacts to Supplier representatives mostly in China but also abroard. Contacts to SITH Customer
- 相关的外部联系在欧洲/内部主要与供应商联系，也包括国外的供应商/与SITH的客户联系

Task
- Work with different departments internally and suppliers for quality inspection issues including specification, acceptance criterial, documentation requirment and so on.内部与不同部门合作，对于质量检查出现的问题要与供应商沟通，包括规范，验收标准，提供的文档等等。
- Coordinate with Duisburg and Brno for the necessary measurements and required documentation对于必要的测量及要求的文档，应与Duisburg 和Brno保持沟通
- Coordinate all quality issues and requirement in the new and localized projects对于新项目及本地化项目协调处理所有的质量问题
- eading a cross functional team internally and suppliers for product/process qualification在内部领导一个相互配合的团队，在产品/流程方面对供应商作资质评定
- Review supplier quality performance based on the statistics analysis做基于统计分析的供应商质量业绩回顾
- Improve and optimize quality activity procedures/processes from the input of different departments and internal audit result.依据不同部门的输入和内部审计结果来改善优化质量控制流程
- Take the responsibility of quality tools implementation with QA and across the company such as 8D, CAPA and use these approach for quality issues analysis负责QA部门以及跨公司比如8D,CAPA的质量工具执行，并运动相关方法来分析质量问题
- Identify quality KPI then report to top management/HQ/Customer/External auditors and lead the relevant team for the continuous improvement确定质量KPI，向最高管理层/HQ/客户/外部审计员报告，领导相关的团队实现持续改进

Knowledge
- Own and puchased products, inspection techniques, manufacture techniques, quality standards, certification requirements. Good English掌握自己采购的产品，检验方法，制造技术，质量标准，文档要求，要求英语好
- ISO 9001 Quality Management knowledge ISO质量管理知识
- Experience as Quality Auditor质量审计的经验
- Six Sigma knowledge六西格玛知识
- Team skills团队技能

Experience
- At least 5 years technical experiences with own and purchased products and with quality standards对于个人采购的产品及质量标准有不少于5年的工作经验
- some project management skills一定的项目管理的技能
- have a basic understanding for foreign cultures and communication skills with foreigners对外国文化有基本的了解，能与外国人进行交流
