- For our Energy Sector in HULUDAO,we are looking for a Maintenance Manager 设备部经理

What are my responsibilities?

1. Ensure proper and reliable function of the Manufacturing equipment(Conventional and CNC-Machine) and Electrical power supply infrastructure of Production

保证加工设备（包括传统的和CNC数控加工设备）和生产电力供给基础设施的正常和稳定性运作

2. Planning and project management for the installation of production equipment

负责生产设备安装的策划和项目管理

3. Manage and maintain mandatory inspections stipulated in government regulations

根据政府规定对设备进行强制性的检查

4. Provide support in purchasing activities for new equipment

支持采购新设备

5. Ensure that factory euipment is always safe and eliminate dangerous situations immediately

保证工厂设备的安全，如有任何安全隐患立刻解决。

6. Develop maintenance concept based on Lean Production with using TPM, implement and guide maintenance crew, administrate spare part stock.

通过使用TPM，在精益生产的基础上推广维修保养观念，并对部门成员进行指导，同时负责管理备件仓库。

7. Measure the availability of the production equipment, report monthly to Head of Production and equipment vendor. Develop measures to improve the availability and overall euipment efficiency (OEE), implement and track Maintenance KPI's

对生产设备的可用性进行衡量，每月向生产经理和设备供应商汇报衡量结果。采取措施提高设备可用性和总体设备效率（OEE），执行并追踪部门的KPI。

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. 5-year on-site experience in planning of installation and commissioning for production equipemnt, especially CNC-machines

具有5年的对计划生产设备尤其是CNC加工机床的安装和试验的实际工作经验

2. Familiar with regulatiosn, standards and procedures(safety, environment)

熟悉规定，标准和程序（环境安全方面）

3. Good knowledge about machine and building drawings(CAD)

能看懂设备和建筑物图纸（CAD）

4. Very good English skills

良好的英语沟通能力

5. Experienced in Microsoft software package

熟练掌握Microsoft办公软件

6. Planning and controlling of maintenance budgets

设备保养预算的计划和控制

What else do I need to know?

- Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferable on CNC-Machine Tools

关于数控类的机械工程专业硕士学位优先

- Being a leader for more than 10 people over a period of 3 years

有3年以上带领10人以上团队经验

- Preferably work experience with foreign experts in English language

最好有和外籍人员共同工作的经验。

- Good experience with the successful coordination and excecution of multi-projects

有成功的协调和执行多个项目的经验
