Mission of function

1. 负责环境健康及安全管理体系的维护和执行，确保体系有效地运行；

并负责每年的监督审核；Be responsible for EHS maintenance and implementation to ensure the system running well and be responsible for yearly audit;

2.负责日常现场的检查；Be responsible for on-site audit;

3. 负责每月的相关报告；Be responsible for the monthly report;

编制周期性的年度内部审核计划，并按计划实施、跟踪整改及报告；Compile periodical annual internal audit schedule, take the responsibility for implementation, tracing and reporting

4. 负责环境、健康及安全因素的识别及更新，并提出相应的要求或解决方案，对最终结果负责；Identify and update the factors related to environment, health and safety, and put forward relevant requirement or solution, be responsible for the final result.

Contacts (internal / external)

1. 内部联系：SITH 所有部门；总部ＥＨＳofficer；Internal: All SWAS departments and HQ EHS officer;

2. 外部联系：相关的政府部门，例如安监局，环保局等；External: relevant government office, such as safety ,environment etc.

Task

1.环境健康及安全管理体系的维护和执行，以及每年的监督审核的准备；IMS maintenance and implementation and the yearly audit;

2.日常现场的安全检查；On-site safety check ;

3.每月的月报；Monthly report;

4.环境、健康及安全因素的识别及更新，并提出相应的要求或解决方案，对最终结果负责；Identify and update the factors related to environment, health and safety, and put forward relevant requirement or solution, be responsible for the final result;

5.不符合项的整改跟踪及效果验证；Trace the corrective actions for nonconformance and confirm the validity;

6.日常其他事务；Other affairs

Knowledge

1.对ISO9001，14001和18001标准有一定的了解并对某个体系有一年以上的工作经验；Knowing the standard of ISO9001,14001and 18001 and at least one year experience on certain system;

2.熟悉整管理体系内的相关流程文件并跟踪执行情况；Be familiar with the management system procedures and track the implementation status;

3.工作高度负责,并能独立处理一些事情； With high sense of responsibility on work and can deal with some affairs independently

4.能够适应外企文化,工作具有主动性. Could fit in with foreign company culture, have initiative on work.

Experience

1.至少有一年以上工厂的环境、健康及安全管理经验，有解决问题的能力。最好是环境、健康及安全相关专业。At least one year's EHS management experiences, with capability on solving problems.
