Mission of function

- To ensure and continaully improve product and process quality, customer satisfaction and reduce non-conformance cost.

- Quality assurance, quality management and HSE.

Contacts (internal / external)

- Internal: Managers and employees of all departments, including production, purchasing, project management, engineering, etc. counterparts of SITH and HQ.

- External: Suppliers, customers, certification body, insprection boday, calibration body, HSE bureau, etc.

Task

- Responsible for excution of product inspection, including incoming goods, in processing parts and final products. Responsible for execution of ITP/QCP .

- Responsible for calibration of testing and measuring equipment.

- Lead efforts for quality continual improvement and NCC reduction by quality tools and methodologies, e.g. 8D, Lesson learnt, PUMA, 3i, top+, etc.

- Lead the team for documentation and records, quality manual procedure, work instruction, etc, records, inspect reports, product certificate, etc.

- Responsible for ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 management system maintenance. Responsible for quality team development. Responsible for coordianting and implementing HQ requirement in Quality and HSE aspects.

Knowledge

- Product and Solution Portfolio.

- Production knowledge.

- Quality Management methoda and tools, e.g. 8D, FMEA, etc.

- Knowledge of Six Sigman, green belt preferred.

- Presetation technique.

- MS office

- SAP

- Leaderhip experience as a Manager

- English

Experience

- At least five years’ relevant working experience

- Rich experience necessary in the industry, preferably within the turbo-machinery industry.

- Experience in team management

- Capability to operate with foreign countries and cutures.

Education and Language

- Bachelor degree and above.

- Fluent English both in Oral and Written.
