Mission of function

- Controlling, Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting of overall business level

Contacts (internal / external)

- Company internal: PM BA, MF BA, EN BA, Accounting?

- Headquarter in Germany and in Beijing: Controlling Reporting departments, Accounting department

Task

1. Annual budget planning(consolidate on company level)

2. monthly forecast, reporting

3. Be responsible for coordination within all BA functions in the company, work closely with BA of project management, BA of manufacturing, BA of engineering, accounting.

4. Be responsible for communication with HQ in Germany, Beijing: prepare and provide the monthly and ad hoc reports to headquarters.

5. Special tasks such as business case analysis, economical calculation etc.

Knowledge

1. SAP knowledge

2. Business controlling skill

3. Communication skill

4. Fluent English both in writing and Oral

5. ERP knowledge

6. Leadership skill

Experience

- More than 3-5 years' working experience as business controller or in BA in function in an industry company

Education and Language

- Bachelor Degree or above

- Good English communication skills
